COMPLIMENTARY DISCOVERY SESSION

Niche offers an initial, thirty minute telephone discovery session, which is complimentary. This allows us to outline the services we offer and answer any questions you may have.

DECLUTTERING, ORGANISING AND STYLING SESSIONS

Sessions with Niche may be booked by the hour, half day (four hours), or full day (eight hours).

Fees

Hourly - £60

Half day - £225

Full day - £450

Our usual hours of business are between 9am and 6pm on weekdays and 12 to 4pm on Saturdays, however alternatives to these may be made by arrangement.

BILLING

Billing for hourly sessions is by invoice following the session. This is usually sent by email and settlement is required within seven days. 

Half and full day sessions require a 50% deposit to be paid at time of booking. This is payable by bank transfer, with the remainder invoiced after the session and due within seven days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Niche we understand that plans can and do change and that it may be necessary for a client or for us, to cancel a session.

If cancelling an hourly session more than 24 hours beforehand, there will be no cancellation fee due and the session can be rescheduled up to six weeks from the date of the original booking. Sessions cancelled on the day will be charged at the full hourly rate for the duration of the session.

Half or full day sessions cancelled more than 48 hours beforehand may be rescheduled within six weeks with no charge due. For sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment, the 50% deposit paid will be non-refundable. 

If it is necessary to cancel a session, Niche aim to give the client as much notice as we can and will reschedule for the client’s preferred time where possible.

Niche reserve to right to make amendments to the above arrangements, depending on individual client’s circumstances.
